I have taste last year Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs “Cuvée S Le Mesnil” 2002 - Salon, a rare oppo for unique people ..... I can not image it now.🍾🥂

I have had smell custard note, but the lemon zest intensity of the fruit is what subtly drives the aromatics. It is a little juicier orange note, subtle hints of exotic spice and floral aromas. It is a complex blanc se blanc. Palate has a thin layer of marzipan and biscuit, but spread over such intense minerality. This Champagne should have considerable cellaring potential - and the potential to be absolutely outstanding In years🍾
