I love Cabochon’s family of Monte Rossa.

Stellato 2005 cuvée is a masterpiece.

A blended of mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and small amount of reserve wine.

It stays with yeast almost ten years. Superfine perfumes, citrus, pineapple and a soft touch of ginger, flinty. In the mouth, the bubble is a pat, alternated with those sensations already expressed to the nose, even if it prevails the spicy trait. Dry and very long persisting.
