No rights or wrongs, obviously it is up to us.

This article has might encourage you to experiment a different way to enjoy your pizza.

Many people themselves more commonly drink beer than wine, usually a light lager. First at all both product have yeast. It is like eating a fettuccine wild boar ragout and have a couple of slice of bread at the same time. French and Italian people do sometimes. Are you eating or feeding yourself? Carbo with carbo, it is not the way to matching your food.

Italian whites are also ideal being moderate in alcohol and with the fresh acidity to cut through gooey cheese without tomato toppings like Malvasia, Sauvignon blanc, Grillo from Sicily.

If I will have a pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella with more toppings, I would like to suggest to enjoy a Chianti Classico, a Barbera, a Valpolicella, a Rosso di Montalcino or a Nero d’avola
