Malvasia is a fresh. very elegant and slightly aromatic white wine made by Dario Cood winery of Friuli wine region. It is widely believed that the origins of Malvasia Grape are from Greece. In Italy we have many grapes belong originally to Greece, and they have found a perfect terroir in different parts Italy.

Straw yellow color with variable intensity. Characteristic, fruity nose with hints of peach and apricot. Dry, round, aromatic, yellow peach, white rose , acacia flowers on the palate.

Great aperitif wine with light appetizers. Excellent with pasta dishes, soups with vegetable or fish sauces.
