Metiusco, from the grico I inebriated, was the first bottle created by the company, the first vintage dates back to 1996. Blend of the three princes of Salento, Negroamaro Malvasia and Primitivo, is the wine that best represents our land: a full wine, as sincere and fresh as our people. The tannin, round and velvety allows to lower the serving temperature beyond the limits of red wines.

The Metiusco Rosso is produced with grapes coming from the areas of the province of Lecce, with medium-mixture soils which tend to be calcareous and using the cultivation called alberello pugliese. Metiusco is produced with maceration, fermentation and aging in steel vats.

The Metiusco Rosso di Palamà is a wine with a ruby red color, a very particular intense fragrance, a fruity and elegant flavor.
